The Story of the On-Purpose Approach
In the late 1980s, Kevin wrote this equation: Pp<=>Po. It forever changed his life. The On-Purpose Principle simply states, "When the Purpose of the person is aligned with the Purpose of the Organization, that’s where pure energy lives."
To bring this idea to life, he wrote The On-Purpose Person (1991) and The On-Purpose Business Person (1998). Each book stands alone. Together, however, they form the foundation of The On-Purpose Approach: An Integrated Strategy for Winning at Life and Work.
