For the Super Busy...

success isn't your problem, but more of it isn't your answer either ...

Responsibility

The buck stops with you. Your decisions have ripple effects across your team, your organization, and beyond.

Consequences

You deal with high stakes judgment calls involving risk, uncertainty, and trade-offs. The pressure to perform is unrelenting.

Interruption

Everyone wants a piece of your time and attention. At work. At home. Truly, there's no rest for the weary.

You Own the Outcomes.

Viewed from the outside, your life works.
You’ve built something good through your business career, reputation, and responsibilities. You’re competent and capable, but you fear you're losing your bearings.

Something is off. Not dramatically broken. Just unsettled and impending.

This isn’t burnout. And it isn’t a lack of discipline or intelligence. It is just being super busy. What used to thrill you, is now slowly killing you.

Your early warning system has kicked in. Your outer success has overrun the inner operating system that got you to where you are.

There’s so much at stake. You know something needs to be done sooner rather than later. Yet, you don’t have the energy or the time to waste recalibrating competing interests by doing hacks or trial-and-error fixes!

Outer success without inner happiness is ultimately a losing strategy.

Is Life, Ordered. On-Purpose a Good Fit For You?

Not a Good Fit

Life, Ordered. On-Purpose is NOT for you if:

  • You’re looking for motivation, productivity hacks, or surface-level clarity
This is not about optimizing performance or squeezing more output from you.

  • You want someone to tell you what to do or give you answers to copy
This work is reflective and integrative, and personal—not prescriptive. It’s your stuff, through a proven process.

  • You’re in a mental health crisis or addiction and need immediate clinical support
This work is strategic and developmental, not treatment, rehab, therapy, or counseling.

  • You’re unwilling to slow down enough to examine your life in practical terms
Insight requires attention. This work cannot be rushed. A proven process reduces waste.

  • You’re stuck on long-held status and success patterns
You are willing to honestly look in the mirror and have others reflect with you what you see.

  • You want to imitate someone else’s success
Influencers abound. Don’t try to be who you aren’t. Be true to you.

Good Fit

Life, Ordered. On-Purpose is FOR you if:

  • Your life works on the outside, but feels muddled and messy on the inside
Nothing is “broken,” yet something is off—and you’re done ignoring it.

  • You’re capable and competent at work, but suffer from impostor syndrome
You fear your secrets will be discovered so you hide behind the veil of your success.

  • Your success at work has outstripped your inner framework
What once drove you no longer aligns with who you are today and want to be tomorrow.

  • You want a consistent way to have more genuine joy and peace
Not another idea, insight, or inspiration—but a way of life for the rest of your life.

  • You’re ready for thoughtful, honest work without drama or judgment
You seek clarity, direction, and purpose without burning down what you’ve built.

  • You value depth, endurance, and a resilience over time versus quick fixes or hacks
You’re not looking to be “fixed.” You’re looking to be whole and on-purpose.

Yep, that Henry Ford!

Before the proverbial sh*t hits the fan or does any more damage, let's chat.

The Story of the On-Purpose Approach

In the late 1980s, Kevin wrote this equation: Pp<=>Po. The On-Purpose Principle simply states "When the Purpose of the person is aligned with the Purpose of the Organization, that’s where pure energy lives."

The idea of being on-purpose forever changed his life and will likely do the same for you. While simple to say, it is nuanced to live with such knowledge and intention.

To put this idea into practice, Kevin wrote The On-Purpose Person (1991) and The On-Purpose Business Person (1998). Each book stands alone. Together, however, they form the foundation of The On-Purpose Approach: a proven integrated strategy for winning at life and work that logically starts with knowing your purpose in life.

In 2017, Kevin launched ONPURPOSE.me as an online tool for clarifying one’s purpose to 2 words in about 3 minutes. To date, over 16,000 souls have used this ingeniously fast and accurate tool.

In the decades since beginning his pioneering work, millions of lives have been touched by answering their unique call to "Be On-Purpose!"
